LOYALTY CARD PROGRAMME POLICY
1. Participation in the loyalty card program is available to all customers who dine at La
Caverna Restaurant.
2. To receive a stamp on the loyalty card, the customer must have spent at least 50 euros on
their bill during their visit. Each stamp will be awarded per visit meeting this spending
criterion.
3. After accumulating two stamps on the loyalty card, customers are entitled to receive a
complimentary bottle of Prosecco on their third visit, provided the spending criteria are met.
4. On the sixth visit, upon accruing six stamps, customers are eligible to redeem a
complimentary meal for two. The complimentary meal for two is available only from a
designated set menu and is subject to the spending criteria being met for each visit.
5. Stamps cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other o ers.
6. Lost or stolen loyalty cards cannot be replaced, and any stamps accrued on a lost or stolen
card will be void.
7. La Caverna Restaurant reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty card program at
any time without prior notice.
8. Any misuse or suspected fraudulent activity related to the loyalty card program may result
in the cancellation of the loyalty card and the disqualification of the participant from the
program.
9. The loyalty card remains the property of La Caverna Restaurant, and by participating in the
program, customers agree to adhere to these terms and conditions
